Beate Burtscher-Bechter, Universität Wien

Beate Burtscher-Bechter is teaching French at the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna. Her main areas of research are the francophone literatures of the Maghreb, the literary representation of cultural contacts and conflicts in den Mediterranean and contemporary crime novels.
