Author Biography

Jan Rhein, Europa-Universität Flensburg

Jan Rhein is research assistant at the French department of Europa-Universität Flensburg. Specialised in French literature from the 19th to the 21st century, his research focusses also on mediation of literature and literary translation. He writes a Ph.D.-thesis about links between literature and museums. He taught German literature at the University of Nantes and directed the German-French Cultural Centre of Nantes (2009-2015). He also works as an literary translator.
