Nora Stel is a research fellow at the Maastricht School of Management and a Ph.D. candidate at Utrecht University’s Centre for Conflict Studies. She is also an affiliated scholar at the American University of Beirut’s Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs. Nora studies the construction and perception of authority and legitimacy in conflict-affected settings, with a focus on the Middle East.

From 2009 to 2012, he conducted research in the field of good governance and integrated development with Fontaine Isoko. Since 2012, Réginas has worked for the Association for Development Cooperation (AGEH) in Cologne, Germany.
